CHILDREN'S FORTRESS AFRICA AND KIVULI, KENYA

Kenya is currently experiencing the worst drought in 40 years, causing extreme shortages of food and water, with inflation exacerbating the challenges. Kenya has seen 4 consecutive failed rainy seasons with predictions that another failed rainy season this year will see over 5 million people facing severe food and water shortages (IRC). Specifically, between March and June this year is a crucial timeframe where the IRC predicts impacts will be at their worst.

ACCIR Partners, Children’s Fortress Africa (CFA) and Kivuli both focus on supporting children and families in Kenya. $88 dollars will provide a food parcel for one family for 2 months. We are hoping to raise enough money for 80 food parcels, a total of $7040! This project is tax deductible.
